Fred’s AI Builder Philosophy
1. The Problem
Most online marketers never build a real business.
They start with a previously unknown opportunity but never learn the marketing part well enough to get any traction.
Asset building never enters their mind even though it’s one of the most important things you can do to increase your long term profits.
So failure ensues for the majority of folks because they don’t stick around long enough to get over the hype.
I’ve watched online marketing evolve from AOL to AI, but one lesson has never changed.
2. The Digital Dust Story
- You’ve bought courses.
- You’ve downloaded PLR.
- You’ve collected prompts.
But what have you actually built?
Little to nothing… if you have not turned those into assets that you can resell.
They end up on your digital “shelf” collecting “Digital Dust” and never see the light of day again.
3. Our Philosophy
- Build Assets. Assets are products you own and have the rights to resell over and over and over again. Does it make sense that the more assets you have the better off you would be? Of course it does. But do we ever teach that (until now)? No and that’s a tragedy. We lose a lot of good people because we don’t teach the basics. But that’s what AIAssetMan.com and AIAssetBuilder.com are all about. Create – Sell – Profit. Assets come in all shapes and forms, small, medium and large. And everyone’s asset mix is different because people are all different in so many ways. That’s life and there is nothing wrong with it.
- Build Relationships: Part of that is also because we don’t take the time to build relationships with our prospects. Online marketers are at a disadvantage because unlike brick and mortar stores, we don’t have “facetime” (not the phone kind) with our potential customers which is of course the best way to get them to know you, like you and trust you enough to do business with you. So you have to go out of your way in online communication to create an image that your customer can relate to and trust you.
- Build Trust: Trust is the biggest factor in making sales online. You have to relate to your customers’ problems, understand their frustrations and be able to show how you can fix those for them. Once you do that, you are home free in online business success. Building and using your email list is by far the best way to communicate on a consistent basis. Video and audio are a close second. Lastly, social networks have a role in marketing though it’s getting smaller and smaller as the years go by.
4. The Builder’s Club Difference
- One Asset: This club is different. I will never overload you with hundreds of pages to read or study. I’ll never send you hours of videos. It’s too hard and I’m betting you have a life to live as well and don’t want to take a masters course just to learn how to be successful in online marketing.
So I created the Builders Club around a one asset per week concept with some support tools. So you don’t get overwhelmed.
If you spend a half hour per day studying and thinking about the “one asset of the week” and how you can market it,
you will learn more and get more done than me sending you hours of videos to study. - One Week; One Asset; That’s manageable. You can deal with one asset per week. Maybe you don’t get the first week’s asset up for sale. Maybe you do and you don’t make any sales.
Guess what? That’s ok!!! That’s why we go 52 weeks. Not every asset will be one you want to sell.
But when you get 52 of them, it’s easy to see which one(s) you want to put in your business portfolio for long term sales. - One Win; Our Goal Isn’t Perfection. Our Goal Is One Win. That’s all I want you to do is have one win; initially. Because when you get one win, more will follow. And if you get none for a week or more, we’ll work on the marketing strategy some more to get it right.
I want you to learn to think on your own about what your asset mix SHOULD be.
5. What You’ll Own After One Year
You will have a portfolio of assets you have built over the year, some of which you REALLY like and some are so-so and not on your “do today” list. That’s ok.
Imagine opening a folder called
“My Business.”
Inside are:
✅ Lead Magnets
✅ Email Sequences
✅ Sales Pages
✅ Videos
✅ AI Prompts
✅ Checklists
✅ Mini Courses
✅ Landing Pages
All built over one year.
One of the things I want you to learn over these 52 weeks of looking at 52 different products is to start and continue thinking about:
“What does my asset mix look like in my business?”
and start looking around for how to change some of the 52 items I give you, find other assets you can buy, model or create templates for.
There are as many portfolios of products as there are marketers.
I know ladies who write articles and sell them daily. I know another who specializes in emails online.
I know others who have MLM but it’s in the background and they have marketing services in the front end. Others are video marketers.
But they all have email lists as their primary communication method. Your email list is your most valuable asset.
I want you to learn to think on your own about what your asset mix SHOULD be. Think about what it should be from a cost standpoint.
Let’s begin.
